Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Gjere were at Decorah Friday to attend the funeral of Mrs. John Ness

Theodore, Edgar and Margaret Schjeldahl attended the funeral of Mrs. John Ness at Decorah Friday.

- - Mrs. Martin Peterson and Lia Trasen drove to Decorah Friday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Ness, returning home Saturday evening.

Mr. P. M. Dolen returned to Wentworth, Wis., Tuesday. She was called here by the death of her mother, Mrs. John Ness.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this is Joran. It shows she was born Feb. 12, 1842 and died Feb. 12, 1913. She is buried in the Lutheran Decorah Cemetery.
