Ludmila P. Lebedeva, nee Gorbachova, 66, of Belleville, Ill., born Feb. 7, 1946, in Stolbischi, Russia, died Tuesday, Nov, 27, 2012, at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Mo. Funeral services are at 10;30 Tuesday, Dec. 4, at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Spillville, with Rev. Donald Hawes presiding. Burial is at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Spillville. There is visitation after 9:30 at the church Tuesday. Ludmila was preceded in death by her mother, Valentina Testoyedova, nee Gorbachova; and one uncle, Alexander Gorbachov. Surviving are her daughter, Irina Polansky of Belleville, Ill.; a granddaughter, Katrina Polansky; a sister, Tanya Hageman of Decorah; a brother, Stanislav Testoyedov of Kherson, Ukraine; a niece, Elena Phillips of Decorah; and a nephew, Roman Testoyedov of Kherson, Ukraine. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran School, Belleville, Ill.
