Albert Klima
Albert Klima, aged 89 years, passed peacefully away Wednesday morning, April 17, at his home in Conover, after a brief illness. Funeral services were held on Saturday morning at 9:30 o’clock from the Balik funeral home to the St. Wenceslaus catholic church, where a mass of requiem was offered by the Rev. V. J. Hlubek, who also delivered an impressive sermon. Interment was made in the church cemetery.
Surviving are his widow; two daughters: Mrs. Carl (Mary) Dryland of South Dakota; Mrs. John (Anna) Wheatman of near Decorah. Five Sons: Frank of Winnipeg, Canada; Albert and Edward, both of Chicago; George of New Hampton; and William of Elkader. There are also seven grandchildren. Two sons and a daughter preceded him in death.
