Funeral services for K. P. Knutson, who died Saturday at his home in Madison township were held on Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Madison church. The pastor, Rev. M. B. Quill officiated and interment was made in the cemetery adjoining the church.

Among those attending the services were Mrs. Emma Blekeberg and Mrs. Osborne Bartness of Albert Lea, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. August Asleson and Mrs. Gunder Myran of Manchester, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Martin Blekeberg and daughter Ruby of Northwood, Ia., Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Olson and daughter Olga and Mr. Ernest Anderson of Ostrander, Minn.

The pall bearers were Albert Hovey, Oscar Hovey, Clarence Hovey, Albert Nelson, Gilbert Hellen and Julian Knose.

Mr. Knutson, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Knutson was born in Madison township, on a farm where he has lived all his life, on July 4, 1870. In 1894, he was united in marriage to Miss Josephone Blekeberg who survives him.

Besides his wife, he leaves to mourn his departure, six children, Mrs. Enos Bergan, Phillip, Mrs. Carl Hovden, Orville, all of Madison township, Mrs. Victor Benson of Orleans township and Reuben at home, and one sister, Mrs. G. I. Anderson of Bawef, Alberta, Can.

Much sympathy is extended to the family, relatives, neighbors and the many friends who will miss him greatly.
