Sarah is a very common name used within the Patterson family. I have traced the Patterson family from their migration fron VA into NC and KY then into IL and finally Iowa arriving in 1837. They were among the first settlers of Lee COunty. My direct line moved on into Van Buren and Davis Counties. Willing to share all data.
