Where is "Kierbook"

I have a written history of George Wm Coffman which indicates he met the Patterson family, who lived on the southeast corner of "Kierbook". He married Sarah Ann Patterson. I have been unable to find any reference of "Kierbook" in Iowa. Does anyone have any infomation on this? Perhaps it was written down incorrectly and should be "Keokuk"??? Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to find information on the family of Sarah Patterson.
