I acquired a collection of old photographs--dating from 1860-1900 and written on the back they say--Mary Biddle Vale collection. Some are signed to "Mary Vale" and majority of them come from Monmouth, IL, but there are alot from Iowa, and other states. I am trying to locate which MAry Biddle Vale...this collection may have belonged too. Some of the photographs are signed and dated,but many are not. Please contact me if you have any information on Mary Vale's family.
