Daniel Miller b. 1807 m. Margaret Jackson

I have already posted a query about Thomas Miller but there is another Miller family with similar dates and birthplaces living in the same township in 1850 - Daniel Miller and Margaret Jackson Miller. I believe the two men must be related somehow - and I THINK I know where Thomas belongs but need proof - and I have nothing about Daniel. Can anyone give me any help?
