Upon further research, in Dept. of Interior records, Rhoda Young Barker Sutton claims four sons who served in the Union Army, from Van Buren County, in the Civil War. Elias Barker and Asbury Sutton served in 5th Iowa Infantry. I don't know where Peter Barker served. Perry Sutton served as a 7th Coporoal, Co. K. of the 45th regiment. He was mustered out on 16 September 1864 at Keokuk, Iowa. (Though some family records record his death in May 1864, this has not be substantiated).
