Given Wiley's age, I doubt it was his father who died 1880. Most likely his son.
There is a John Murrell of the right age, b. VA, wife Lydia in elk Fork, Pettis County, MO in 1870. with children including Solomon, age 2, b. MO

There is a Rabourn cemetery in Pettis county.
