YOu didn't indicate where your mother was born. You possible don't know. Catholic Charities in this area is in Sioux City IA. You have reached the Sioux County IA site. Sioux City is in Woodbury County. I would be glad to help you if I could and if your adoptive mother was from Sioux County. Can you help me as far as location goes? Other wise if may be benefical to contact Woodbury County. Let me know. There are web site in which you can post your name and infor and that you are looking for your adoptive mother.
