Have you any idea where Carolyn was from in the area. This may work if you have the time and resources. Have all area county court houses check their marriage indexes for a marriage of a Carolyn Schulz from around 1930 to 1940. She may have married a year of two after the birth of her baby which she gave away. She is not listed in the Sioux County IA marriages from 1920-1936.
