Yup. That is him. I'm not surprised given his previous record. This information you found and shared adds to his spotty past. It is ironic that Joseph used "Kirk" for his middle name even though it is Francis. My grandfather did the same thing and used "Kirk" as his middle name from time to time even though it is actually George. Joseph has been a tough character to follow what with all of his aliases used over time. I know he has passed away, but I don't know when, where or under what name.
I am very grateful for your quick response and willingness to share. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends, J.M.
