Hello there. I am the Sioux County Coordinator and I read your MISSING PERSON query on this site board. Although, Sioux City is not in Sioux County, I did some checking for you. I love a good search -- for sure. I BELIEVE I found HIM....or at least a good siting of him. The info I found is from 1958 in a Sioux City, IA newspaper.
I will use the email address that you included with your query to send the newspaper article to you. It speaks of the man being from Los Angeles...it is quite likely the man you seek.
