I have tried to find additional information on what you have given me.

Birth certificate for dau Dorothy Alberta Moore born 04 Feb 1918 Chicago IL showing parents Charles Edward Moore and Helen Phillips. It even shows Charles birth as Davenport IA - all good verification.

1920 Census 1329 Wolfram St, Chicago IL Fred Philipp 55, rents w/ wife Elizabeth 51, son Albert 23 single and dau Helen Moore 22, divd w/ her dau Dorothy age 1 yr 11 mos.

So I see their dau Dorothy Alberta Moore was named after Charles' sister (my grandmother) and Helena's brother. I haven't found any further info on her.

I have looked with no results for any other members of the Philipp family.

Hopefully someday, something will turn up. I have found two death records for a Charles E and Charles Edward Moore in Cook Co records - let's hope one of them is 'mine'.
