I am requesting a look up in the birth records. I have a birth record for Charles Vance Moore, son of Charles Richard Moore and Clara Josephine Foley. The birth entry is on a sheet w/ other birth entries between Feb & Mar 1895. The actual date is not entered. Also his birthdate is shown in the Foley family Bible as b. 23 Sep 1896 Charles Edward Vance Moore and on a WW I Draft Reg b. 23 Sep 1895 Charles E. Moore in Davenport IA. This is my grandmother's only sibling. I am still looking for where or when he died. I could really use some verification on the other 2 dates.
