In Response To: Orphans (Joyce Luna)

Sophia was on the Ship OLPENS, PORT of departure was Bremen, Germany. Arrival Date: 13 Jul 1844,
with Magretha Eberhard age 28 female. Occupation:
Servant.
Port of Arrival; Baltimore, Md., Place of Origin:
Hetzbetsoldorf. Micro: M255 roll Number: 4,
List Number: 38.
There is something odd about this person because I came across her using the same ship and ports
more than once. Fact is, I got so upset that I had to quit searching because I feel that she was
bringing children here for some odd reasons.
The reason I found her again using the New York
was that I thought if Sophia was her daughter she
would come back to stay. No, there is something wrong with the trips she made and too upsetting to me and I wonder if I saw correctly.
Now I wonder at age two where she was taken to
in Scott Co Davenport Iowa. She was member of
St Joseph Church and buried there.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
Joyce
