I have only a little info on the Wokosin's. My grandfather was Hermon. He was born in Iowa (where I don't know). His father was John Wokosin, born in Germany. I got this info from the county records. His mother was unknown on the death certificate. From some information I printed off IGI records, a few years ago, it looks like there was a sister born in IL., 1859. The parents name is the same for both.
I would be interested in hearing any info you might have on the Wokosin family. According to the internet there are several Wokosins in Wisconsin.
