Note: Formerly lived in Westfield, Iowa.

Gene Buckingham

San Leandro – Funeral rites will be held here Monday for Gene R. Buckingham, 35, of 3735 E. 14th Street.

Mr. Buckingham was found dead at his home April 3.

He is survived by his mother Mrs. Sophia Buckingham of San Leandro, and two brothers, Clifford of Palo Alto and Albert of Sioux City, Ia.

He was a veteran of World War II.

Services at 11 a.m. Monday at Santos Robinson Chapel, 160 Estudillo Ave., will be followed by rites of increment at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno.
