Hello Karon, You will need to contact the Clinton County Gen Web site for information about the HESS family. You will need the original (birth) names of the children from the census of Clinton County on or about the time the children were taken to Clinton County. You will need to know which orphanage took children to Clinton during that time period.
I suggest that you send your query to the Clinton County Gen Web site for a response about Kate & Nora. And you my contact edwards1@fbcom.net for answers.
