In doing further research since my original post, I have discovered a family tree through the site that I could access with the "Family Tree Maker" software I purchased. This family tree MISTAKENLY lists my ggrandmother, Ann BOLAND as having married George ALEXANDER in 1860 but having died about 1880 from bronchitis (I believe). The family tree lists no children. The Ann BOLAND who died in 1880, would have been my ggrandmother's sister-in-law, married to ggrandmother's brother Patrick BOLAND. This may be causing some confusion. Ann BOLAND ALEXANDER, daughter of Patrick and Catherine DAUGHERTY BOLAND had 8 children and lived until 1915. I would appreciate sharing information with anyone. Thank you.
