Conaway Descendants

I am searching for information regarding the family and descendants of Solomon Freeborn Conaway. He married Anna Rebecca Dixon in Maryland and had 3 children (Thomas, Mary, & Alice) before moving to Muscatine Co., Iowa, in 1852, and was a land owner as of 1856. There they had 2 more children (Charles and Susan). Although his surname was "Conaway", census records (State census 1856, Fed. Census' of 1860, 1870, & 1880)list him as "Conoway" and "Conway". The Iowa Cem. Records list Solomon as being buried in "cemetery #93" and his wife as buried in "cemetery #77", but I have no idea which cemeteries go by those numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I amassing the largest genealogical work on the earliest Conaway family of Maryland's 17th century.
