The 1925 Iowa state census is a remarkable census in that it asked people their parents' names.

1925 Iowa, Mahaska Co., Oskaloosa Ward 2 lists the following...

JF Edwards 35, Millie 26, Emmer (as indexed, image unclear) 10, Wanda 8, Mary 6, John 4, Phillip 2, Howard 1.

The entry for Millie Edwards lists her father as CW Fernold (that is what is indexed, but it looks like Furnold or Furnald), born IL. Her mother is listed as Dora Pilgrim, born IA. The place of marriage of her parents is listed as Oskaloosa IA.

The place of marriage of JF Edwards and Millie is listed as Des Moines IA.
