Mary Thomas Alexander

Mary Thomas Alexander was born in 1812 in either Kentucky or Indiana to William Thomas and Elizabeth Chance. She married John C. Alexander in Hancock County Indiana in 1832 and they moved to Keokuk County in the early 1850s. I find no record of her after the 1860 Census of Washington Township, Keokuk County, and so I assume she died soon thereafter.

Does anyone know when and where she died? where she is buried?
