adopted cousin/sister

I am looking for a cousin that was adopted at the appox. age of 1 year.Probably the year 1945.

Her sister and brother desperatly want to find her.

I know she was named Sandra/Sandy and born probably in 1944, possibly Iowa City. Mother would have gone by the name of either Margaret Johnson or Anderson.

After her birth she resided between Rock Island Co. IL and Clinton Co IA.with her mother
