do you know who the township clerk is for this cemetery? they may have a record of either who is buried in those two spots OR ask if they have a record of who bought the lots. people back then didn't buy lots in advance so a family member may have bought the lots. I looked on my newspaper archive I get throough my public library and didn't find an obit but that newspaper may not have been digitized. If I think about it next week some time I'll try to get to johnson county recorders office and check for a death record. don't know if you contact the recorder's office if they would do a quick look up since you already have the death date or not. they are very friendly in this office and helpfu. there are other cromers in that cemetery so that tells me these people are probably relatives. also do a search of funeral homes around muscatine and email them with names and death days. funeral home will usually tell you anything you want to know. I've been in Moscow once and if you blink you miss it so I doubt if there are funeral homes in moscow.have you been to the cemetery? have you looked up obits of the other cromers in this cemetery that may give you a clue as to where this is who you want it to be.
