Dear Eden,

I've transcribed the news articles that I could find that mention Dr. Shekwana for you from an online subscription service which has images of old newspapers. Some important years and months are missing, but in spite of that, I found quite a bit on Dr. Paul Shekwana. It appears Dr. Shekwana's death was accidental, but in my mind it seems the investigation was put to rest too easily.

Though I did not find an obituary, I glean from the newspapers that he died on July 6th, 1906. Perhaps someone local to Iowa City will be able to find an obituary.

I find that Dr. Henry Albert was the executor of Dr. Shekwana's estate and I have provided a few details of Dr. Albert. However, it appears Dr. Albert did not have children, so you may find it nearly impossible to find if Dr. Shekwana's personal belongings still exist.

I have posted the news articles and other information on the Documents message board and will send you the text file for what I've posted.
