Fairfield City Cemetery and Evergreen Cemetery

Is the "City Cemetery" the same as the "Evergreen Cemetery" in Fairfield? Two people who died in 1891 and early 1892 are said to have been buried in the City Cemetery. Are plats available to find names of people buried in the same areas as the ones I'm researching?
