Julius Lippman was the son of my great-great-mother's brother (Moses Lippman), who lived in Dubuque. For many years we assumed him to have lived his entire life a bachelor, but I came across Sarah Catherine (Reninger) Lippman buried in Jefferson County listing what I am confident as our family's Julius Lippman as her first or presumably second husband (since she bears his surname). I have looked to locate "Germanville Union Free Cemetery", but can not find it; and I can not find any marriage, obit or other records about Sarah. This is an important line of inquiry for us since all the other Lippmans were women, meaning that the Lippman surname in our family dies out...unless, perchance Julius and Sarah had a son that we do not yet know about. Any help in this regard would be much appreciated.
