Cynthia 'Cindy' MINEART

Cynthia 'Cindy' MINEART of Keosauqua died Monday, May 15, 2017.

A celebration of life for Mrs. MINEART, in conjunction with the celebration of life for her father, is set for 3 p.m. Saturday at Wildwood Park in Ottumwa (note: in Wapello Co., IA).

In lieu of flowers or other memorial gifts, the family requests monetary gifts to assist Mrs. MINEART's children and family with memorial costs and trust funds for her children. Gifts can be sent to 510 Market St., Keosauqua 52565 or brought to the celebration of life.

Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting the family.

Mrs. MINEART lived in Keosauqua for the majority of her life.

She had many accomplishments in her life, but was most proud of being a mother to her two children.

Survivors include: children Edward James and Corinna Marie MINEART; companion Scotton Starnes; mother Lana ANNIS; siblings Tracy CARDENAS, Ricki KRCMARIK, Patty LEFLER, Raleigh "Capp" ANNIS and Shelby RUNYON.

She was preceded in death by: her father, Raleigh ANNIS Jr., 73, of Casa Grande, Arizona, who died May 1, 2017, at his home; and her former husband, Brock MINEART, who died April 9, 2014.
