Brock C. MINEART, 37, of Packwood, formerly of Brighton, died Wednesday April 9, 2014, in Fairfield.

Arrangements are pending at Gould Funeral Home of Brighton.

Brock C. MINEART

Brock C. MINEART, 37, of Packwood, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014, in Fairfield. He was born September 29, 1976, in Fairfield to David and Mary CONNELLY MINEART. Brock grew up in Brighton and attended Washington schools. He married Cindy ANNIS and they later divorced. Brock worked for Connelly Inc. for the past 5 years and drove a truck before that. He loved to hunt, fish, hunt mushrooms and auto-mechanics. He was rebuilding his Camero (sic).

Brock is survived by his parents, Mary SMITH (Tim) of Brighton and David MINEART of Packwood; his children, Bryson and Corinna of Douds, and Caden MINEART of Fairfield; his sister Michelle BAXTER (John) of Brighton; and his brother Troy of California; parents-in-law Butch and Lana ANNIS of Phoenix, Arizona; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

His grandparents preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2014, at the First Church of God in Brighton with Pastor Ryan Meader officiating. Burial will be at a later date following cremation.

Visitation at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton will open at 1 p.m. Sunday. The family will greet friends from 3 to 5 p.m. A general memorial has been established and may be left at the funeral home, church or mailed to the family at 206 West Railroad Street, Brighton, IA-52540 (sic).
