Geraldine "Jerri" M. MANCHESTER, 82, of rural Douds died at 9:12 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015, at home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with Keevin Koch officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery in Libertyville.
Visitation will open at 3 p.m. Wednesday, with family present 5-7 p.m., at the funeral home.
Gifts to a memorial to be designated later by the family can be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 903 Liberty Drive, Fairfield 52556.
Mrs. MANCHESTER was born Feb. 20, 1933, in Glasgow, the daughter of Wayne and Pauline HUDSON BILLINGSLEY. She married Dean R. MANCHESTER Feb. 9, 1952, in Ottumwa. He died Jan. 3, 2009.
She graduated from Libertyville High School.
Mrs. MANCHESTER was a farm homemaker and worked in the produce department of Easter Foods in Fairfield.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Douds.
Survivors include: two daughters, Linda BRADFIELD and husband Jerry of Memphis, Missouri, and Kelly GRAY of Fairfield; one son, William MANCHESTER and wife Brenda of rural Douds; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandsons.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Robert MANCHESTER.
