penquite family

Hello,

I am having a tough time with Joseph "Elwood" Penquite. Died 1913. I find him in earlier census with father Robert and mother Parmelia. There is also another large Penquite family in this same Iowa area. I cannot get the two to connect or find my Josephs parents who I think died in Jasper.

I am the grandaughter of Fayette Penquite daughter of Joseph & Olive Supmter Penquite.

Any help or ideas would be sincerely appreciated.

After the death of Olive Joseph married Lydia Ogden.
