Lewis/Warner grave stone Query

I am very happy to find this site and I am looking for information on the McKeever Cemetery records.
There is an upright stone in the McKeever cemetery with the family name of Lewis on it. The inscription on the stone states - C & F? Lewis, died Dec. 2, 1892, 5MS, 2FS. I have a photo of it. Taken on a trip to Mingo, Iowa 12/25/01.
My grandparents Clement A. Lewis and Blanche Dora (Bailey) arrived in Mingo. Ia. Feb. 1919
raised their family; Mary E.married to Chandos Warner in 1925, Chesley A., Harold K., and Athleen Z.
Clement A.(1867-1948) and Blanche D. Lewis(1879-1973) are buried in the Greencastle Cemetery in Mingo, Ia. with one Lewis stone for both.

My "Query" is to find out if the same Lewis family in the McKeever cemetery is related to the Lewis's in the Greencastle cemetery? I am not aware of any connection but I am trying to locate the grave or graves of Clement A. Lewis's mother and father Chesley D. and Elizabeth Lewis from Elkton, Ky. I was thinking they might be the ones in McKeever Cemetery?

If anyone can assist me with any information I would be grateful. Thank you for any help you can give.
