My guess is that it should be Norden Brother Society (Bruder in German or Broeder in Dutch). I am not sure what the Frisian word for brother is, but it would be similar to the Dutch or German one. You might finding it mentioned in the German language newspaper Ostfriesische Nachrichten", published in Dubuque and then in Breda, Iowa.
