I have a lot of information on John P. Bonifas in St. Donatus, Iowa. He was a blacksmith and his home was on the main highway south of the church. He married Maria Homan - she died after 1918. Their daughter Mary Bonifas md. Peter Seyler. Mary Bonifas died on 4/20/1918 in Otis, Colorado and is buried in the cemetary in Roseland, Ne. I have much information forward on these families, but need information on John P. Bonifas, when he came to the US, where he was born, and his line back. Have been working on this for over 20 years. I know he is buried in the cemetary in St. Donatus - can anyone help??
