Looking for Lawrence N. Smith`s Family

Captain Lawrence N. Smith was shot down on Dec 1 1943, over Wewak, New Guinea. He was serving as a pilot of a B-24 in the 320th Squadron of the 90th Bomb Group of the Fifth Air Force. He was age 23 when he was shot down. His birth was in Poweshiek County but his mother was reported to have moved later to Ladora IA. I am researching Captain Smith's family and background. I have a bomber crew photo but I do not know which of the officers in the photo is Smith. I believe he graduated from Montezuma High School in 1938. I would sincerely like to find a photo of Lawrence and any additional information. My father was a co-pilot in another B-24 in the mission formation on the day Captain Smith was shot down by anti-aircraft fire.
