Hi Kim,

Chronicling America shows the Conrad Journal from 1899-current.

I also checked the holdings of the Iowa State Historical Society (ISHS) newspapers and didn't find that they have the Conrad newspaper for the time period you're wanting either.

I currently have a newspaper microfilm from ISHS (via Inter-Library Loan) for The Grundy County Republican 1892-1897 and I have seen reference to a Conrad paper in it, so I am assuming that Conrad had a newspaper prior to the dates/holdings that I found at CA and ISHS.

You may want to inquire with the Conrad Library (conradlibrary@conrad.lib.ia.us) to existence/availability.
