Mr Walter Cook was the petitioner in the matter of the estate of his mother and father-inlaws, in this petition all the relatives had to be listed, his name appeared as the husband of the Late Lydia Rutherford Ager Cook. The three children were Lucy L.Ager, Charles F. Ager, Ivalu May Ager, dont know who the girls married, but found Charles F. in Dubuque county married to a Bertha ? he had the following children, Sylvia, Bertha, Charles M., Clarence, Viola, Melvyn. Lucille. Then I found Charles M.(son of Charles F.) in Concord Township in the 1930 census, his parents and a brother and sister living with him.He was listed as head of house.
