His name is Estel Lomax.(I'm not sure the middle name of Delvin is correct).I believe he was born in October 1933 in Iowa, possibly Burlington.He served in the Navy and I was born Sept. 1, 1954 on Coronado Island, San Diego Naval Base.This is all information I have.Thank you for your time and assistance!
