Paternal Father & Family

I was hoping someone could find information about my paternal family on my father's side. He (Estel Delvin? Lomax) died in an accident (motorcycle?) in 1957 at the age of 23? I found a gravesite in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, Iowa listed as "Prugh,5,317N,150,01". I don't know how to verify this information. I was hoping someone could put me in touch with whomever can help me with my quest. Thank you for your time.
