Thank you so much for your help. I know Patrick worked on the Railroad and I found a family that fit them in the 1870 census. They were surrounded by people from Ireland. I didn't know if there was an Irish community or not. But I figured this could possibly be the same family and he might have left the railroad by age 70. So he could be a farmer.
