Barb,
Click on the link below - it shows the Giard Claim, but it is not in T-93 R-4 S-14. It is in T-95 R-4. The map is from 1902 and it shows the Lot numbers, but doesn't show sections as in the areas outside of the Giard Claim. In Lot 24 is Tobias Burke and in Lot 60 is E. Burke.

T-95 R-4 S-14 is just north of Lot 20 of the Giard Claim. This map doesn't show a Burke owner, but may have originally been owned by a Burke.

I'll continue to look for an earlier map that may pinpoint the location better.
