Phoebe's father, John Henderson, died Aug, 1861 in Buena Vista, Clayton County, Iowa. I have very little about him, some tax documents, census's and knowledge of him living in St. Thomas, Pennsylvania upon arrival in the US from Ireland.
I also have Phoebe's daughter Lydia, being born in Mt. Carroll, Illinois 15 Aug. 1852. Phoebe most likely named Lydia her daughter after her sister Lydia Henderson.
I have not done much research on John Henderson for many years. I had been in touch with a Davies lady, from Utah that supplied me with some Henderson family story's of John living in Iowa. Then she just fell of the face of the earth.
