I believe the church was St. Wenceslaus / St. Vincent. I'm not certain if the church is still standing. There is a photo of it & the cemetery on the Clayton co. IAGenWeb site if you go to cemetery records & click on St. Wenceslaus. The burial transcription is incomplete, so it is very possible that your Burke's are buried there.

Please clarify the birth year of your Patrick Burke - you typed 1850-1820 which is quite a span if you intended to type 1820-1850. What were his ages in the census records?
