Bijou Opera House & Bijou Resturant

I am looking to find information on the Bijou Opera House and the Bijou Resturant. We can also see a sign in the photo with the address 220 and Hotel Oakland. It is beleived that my GG Grandparents operated this resturant, which may have been known as Le Grand Resturant, probably later 1800's. A Hempel or Johnson may have run it.
