Funeral services for Mrs. Peter Klink, 72, were held from the Witt Funeral chapel at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon to the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. Burial was in the East Side cemetery.

Mrs. Klink died at her home early Wednesday morning, February 11, 1948, of a heart attack. She had been in failing health for several years.

Minnie Miller was born in Littleport, Iowa, on June 14, 1875, the daughter of Carl and Caroline Miller. She was united in marriage on June 6th, 1899 at Communia, Iowa. to Peter Klink. They went to housekeeping in Communia, Iowa, where Mr. Klink operated the creamery for eight years. After leaving the creamery they moved to Chicago for a short time. Then they returned to farm near Communia where they lived until 1920, when they moved to Elkader. In 1928 they again moved to Chicago returning to Elkader in 1940 which has since been their home.

Mrs. Klink was a member of the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church and of the Women's Guild of that church.

She is survived by her husband, two sons and a daughter: namely, Irving P. Klink, Mt. Prospect Heights, Ill.; Vallie R. Klink, Englewood, Colo., and Mrs. Bernard (Marion A.) Hahn, Elkader, Iowa: also the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Mary Jones and John Miller, both of Chicago, Ill.; Henry Miller, Omaha, Neb.; Fred Miller of Ligonier, Ind., also two half-sisters, Mrs. Carrie Stahl, Geneseo, Ill.; Mrs. Augusta Thein, Elkport, Iowa; and a half-brother, Adolph Hildebrandt, Edgewood, Iowa, also seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Charles and William Miller.

Pallbearers were: George Bente, Henry Matt, Milton Monlux, Frank Bente, Carl Roeder, and Arthur Hochhaus.

Relatives from a distance who attended the funeral were Irving Klink, Mt. Prospect Heights, Ill., Vallie Klink, Englewood, Colo., John Miller, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. John Thein, Elkport, Iowa; Henry Miller, Omaha, Neb., and Mrs. Carrie Stahl, Geneseo, Ill.
