Norma Larnie Palmer, daughter of David and Elizabeth Hansel, was born near Garber June 06, 1888, and died at her home near Elkport Dec. 13, 1943. With the exception of two years spent in Fayette county, her entire life was spent in Clayton county.
On April 05, 1905, she was married to A. B. Palmer by the Rev. J. D. Sullivan at the U.B. parsonage at Fairview. To this union were born four sons. She leaves to mourn her death her aged father, her husband, four sons, Harvey _. of Fayette, Dale D. of Elkader, Raymond H., who is serving in the U.S. Army, and Robert R. of Maynard; six grandsons and one granddaughter. Her mother preceded her in death three years ago in April. Also surviving are two brothers, Harry and Ray, both of Edgewood, several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and numerous other relatives and friends.
