STRAWBERRY POINT: Mrs. Ida Wesender died at the home of her son Lorenz in Davenport Tuesday. Funeral services were held Thursday at Emmanuels Lutheran church. The Rev. Carl L. Rembold of Chicago had charge of the services.

As Ida Falck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lorenz Falck, she was born March 16, 1876, near Calmar. On Mar. 02, 1898, she was married at Strawberry Point to John B. Wesender. He died in April, 1920. Mrs. Wesender owned a home and lived here until going to live with her children. Survivors are two daughters and one son, Mrs. Lillian Anderson, Chicago, Mrs. Edith Steege, Garnavillo, and Lorenz of Davenport. A brother, William Falck of Oelwein, two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Haines and Mrs. Elizabeth Falck of Davenport, three half-sisters, Mrs. Fred Linderwell of Lamont, Margaret and Sophia of Strawberry Point, four half-brothers, Leon of Ridgeway, Theodore and Charles of Lamont and Walter of Strawberry Point, also survive, together with three grandchildren. A son, Elmer, died here in 1939.

Casket bearers were Charles, Theodore, Otto and Robert Falck, E. Kaiser and E. W. Tuecke.
