Clayton County Register, 20 May 1943.

Burial services were held at Sacred Heart cemetery here Tuesday forenoon for William Frayer, 81, of Fayette, who died Sunday at his home after a lingering illness.

Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 o'clock in St. Francis church, Fayette, by the pastor, Rev. J. Roche; Rev. D. T. Noonan officiated at the gravesite.

Mr. Frayer was married in January, 1890, to Mary Conboy of Volga, who preceded him in death March 14 of this year.

He is survived by a brother, George Frayer of Arlington, his sister-in-law, Anna Conboy of Fayette, who has cared for him in his last illness; also many other relatives and friends.
